I’m in weight loss coaching with the great Brooke Castillo, and she shifted the paradigm on goal setting for me. This particular shift in perspective is so amazing I want to share it with YOU!
So, has this ever happened to you? You set a goal, you think “I’M GOING TO DO THIS!!” and then fizzle. You just don’t. Then you look at the goal again later – on a little post-it note or embroidered on a pillow – and you feel terrible! The nasty self-talk begins – I’ll never lose 50lbs, or move that mountain, or paint the house, who am I kidding?
Here’s Brooke’s counsel: (so simple, it’ll kill you…) If you want to achieve a goal, make sure the goal is something YOU’RE EXCITED TO DO!
Wow. How easy is that?
So first of all each goal must be small – not “lose 50 pounds” but something way smaller and more fun – like “ride my bike this week.” Or “Eat 5 salads this week” or “Put $1.00 in a jar everytime I eat light.” or “Eat every time I’m hungry, and quit beating myself up mentally.” (that sounds more fun, right?)
Your goal needs to be inspiring so when you see it on that pillow or post-it note you think YES! I’M DOING THAT! GO ME!
Your goal needs to be reinforced – read it several times a day and cheer yourself on!
My goal: write a fun and inspiring blog today. Check. (Yay me.)

Every one acknowledges that humen’s life is high priced, however people require cash for different stuff and not every man gets enough money. Hence to get some loan and short term loan would be a correct way out.
